Assembly Hall

Set up chairs for the Friday morning academic presentations, then for the mini-concerts.

Refreshment Table

Friday make sure coffee pots and hot water are available for specified times.  Make sure tea, hot chocolate, sugar, cream, cups, stirrers, napkins, trash can, extension cord, and anything else we might need are available.  Check the table periodically for restocking, cleaning up spills, etc.  Check periodically for trash removal.

Registration

Carl always does registration on Friday, on Saturday, and for the dance.   However, he does need assistance from time to time for meals and breaks and in case he becomes ill.   Friday, Pat Gill will assist Carl at the Registration Table.   Others will need to be responsible to cover for Carl when needed during one 2½ hour stretch.  You will not have to stay at the Registration Table, but you will need to be within sight of Carl so that he can request your help when needed.
