Flat Creek Contra Dance

Jim Wood says: We have a complete blast, and everyone is welcome to join us regardless of his experience level. We have 15-25 area pickers providing the music and isually have twenty-five to forty folks dancing and listening and we have had as many as 130 in attendence before.

Directions: Flat Creek Community Center is just off Highway 82 seven miles south of Shelbyville. It's the white building between the Church of Christ and the Methodist Church on New Herman Road. You can see the back of the building from Highway 82. Look for Sallie's Market on the left and the churches on the right. We have old pinewood floors and good air conditioning.
